Refund and Returns Policy – Unique Shop Dubai
Thank you for shopping at Unique Shop Dubai. We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read our refund and returns policy below.
Returns Process:
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming that we’ve received it. You will also be notified of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved for a refund, we will process it and credit your original payment method (credit card or another form of payment) within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Next, contact your credit card company. There may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
- After that, reach out to your bank, as there could be some processing time involved before the refund appears.

Sale Items:
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us to arrange the exchange process.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
Shipping Returns:
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
